1. Studies in Modern British and American Poetry (SMBAP) welcomes articles and research in the studies of modern British and American poetry, translation, world poetry, and poetry education.


2. All contributors, both domestic or international, should first register their membership through the JAMS(Journal and Article Management System) at http://mbapoetry.jams.or.kr.


3. All contributors should submit their cover letters and manuscripts at JAMS. Then they should contact a treasurer and pay both a one-year membership fee and a processing fee. For more information, contact SMBAP through email at mbapoetry@hanmail.net.


4. To ensure an anonymous peer-reviewing process, all contributors' names and affiliations should not appear on the manuscript and abstract.


5. The length of the manuscript, either in Korean or English, should be 6,000 - 9,000 words, including the Works Cited.


6. All submissions should refer to the documentation style of MLA and include the abstract of no more than 250 words and 5 key words.


7. All submissions that meet the criteria detailed above will receive three readings by members of the Editorial Board or specialist readers and then a reading by the Editor.


8. Final decisions for publication will be notified within a month.


9. After final decisions, the contributor will be asked to provide a short biographical note and to pay a publication fee.


10. Contributors are responsible for contributing original articles and research, providing complete and accurate documentation, and keeping the criteria of research ethics.


11. The Modern British and American Poetry Society of Korea holds copyright on all published materials.
